Rosewood Development Company specializes in developing quality properties designed for long-term value, functionality, and strong community growth throughout North Mississippi. We acquire land, plan neighborhoods, and build the spec homes that sit on them.
Owner Adam Conlee is a licensed Mississippi Commercial General Contractor (No. 26531-MC) with experience in residential construction, site development, grading, utility infrastructure, concrete construction, and large-scale landscape development.
We are not a custom home builder and do not accept residential build-to-suit projects for individual homeowners. Our focus is creating quality developments and long-term investment projects.
